Shifts: Three full 12-hour shifts with 3-4 weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in the vibrant city of Chattanooga, TN. This role involves working in a dynamic hospital setting with a focus on cardiac med-surg care, where you'll be supported by a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Delivering patient care in a cardiac med-surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
- Working collaboratively with a team of 6 nurses per shift, a free CNC/charge nurse, and unit secretary on dayshift
- Managing cardiac drips such as Cardizem and heparin, as well as non-titratable drips
- Using GE telemetry and documenting care through Meditech
- Participating in self-scheduling and floating with other travel nurses
- Identifying EKG rhythms and maintaining cardiac/telemetry standards
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Valid RN license
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and EKG/cardiac rhythm identification
- Experience with cardiac medications and drips
- Knowledge of Meditech documentation system
- Proficiency in EKG rhythm identification
