Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in an inpatient setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients throughout the shift
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in accordance with facility protocols
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active RN license valid in Tennessee or a compact state license
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Must meet all travel contract compliance and credentialing requirements prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a Med Surg setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
