Assists in understanding patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Notes changing conditions and needs. Re-evaluates care objectives as necessary. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Requested time off of up to 5 days can be automatically approved. Must be willing to work at least one major holiday. Patient ratios are 1:6. Unit has 23 beds and uses customary equipment, including IV pumps. EMR system utilized is EPIC. Personality fit desired is a team player who communicates effectively. Dress code requires black scrubs.
