Schedule: 48-hour weekly guarantee; every other weekend requirement (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule); 6:1 patient ratio; 30-bed cardiac telemetry unit

• Comprehensive unit support including unit clerk on day shift, 2-3 PCTs per shift, nursing supervisor, and hospitalist coverage
• Advanced telemetry capabilities with GE Telemetry systems, rovers, and continuous cardiac monitoring
• Floating rotation to other medical-surgical areas including general M/S, Ortho, Progressive Care Unit, and M/S surgical with oncology
• Strong unit leadership with charge nurses having 12 to 39 years of experience and active Shared Governance model

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee RN license or compact state licensure
• ACLS certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (required)
• Experience with cardiac drips and cardiac patient populations preferred
• Proficiency with telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
