Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Med/Surg unit during night shift hours
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with a focus on cardiac and medical-surgical populations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications- Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in a Med/Surg or Cardiac Med/Surg setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry in a med/surg environment
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
