Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Cardiac Med/Surg unit during night shift hours
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with a focus on cardiac and medical-surgical populations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Tennessee (or compact license eligibility)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Current BLS certification required
Experience in a Med/Surg or Cardiac Med/Surg setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Familiarity with cardiac monitoring and telemetry in a med/surg environment
Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new clinical environments
