Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during weekend night shifts
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes in condition to the appropriate care team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or compact state eligibility
Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Current BLS certification required
Ability to work weekend nights only: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience
Familiarity with Med/Surg workflows in an acute care hospital setting
Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
