- **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Exciting Unit Specifics:**
- **Patient Capacity:** 30 beds
- **Patient Ratios:** 1 RN to 6 patients
- **Support Staff Availability:** Includes Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management
- **Equipment:** Well-equipped with walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, etc.
- **Documentation System:** Meditech
- **Scheduling:** 4 weekend shifts required per 28-day schedule; participate in holiday rotation
- **Floating Policy:** Float within rotation alongside other staff
- **Patient Experience Requirement:** 72% - emphasis on utilizing communication boards
**Ideal Candidate Skills:**
- **Must-Have:** RN License
- **Essential Qualities:** Teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
- **Advanced Skills:**
- Medical-Surgical experience
- Familiarity with respiratory diseases, renal diseases, GI illnesses, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, heparin infusions, and more
**Certifications Required:**
- BLS Certification
