Job Title: Travel Med/Surg Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: Travel Shift: Varies Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Active Nursing License Certifications: BLS Required, ACLS Preferred Must-Have: - Positive attitude - Timely Description: This is a dedicated education unit. Travel nurses will be responsible for caring for medical/surgical patients. The unit has a capacity of 30 beds. Patients will be a mix of medical and surgical cases. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5-6:1. Candidates must have experience in a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting.
