Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Administer medications and manage IVs
- Monitor patient vital signs and manage EMR using Meditech
- Engage in hourly rounding and apply AIDET communication framework
- Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in patient care planning
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in Meditech
- Experience in med-surg nursing
