Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN MedSurg for a travel assignment at a medical unit in Denton, TX. This role focuses on providing quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment. Ideal candidates will have previous medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN MedSurg- Provide care for patients in a 43-bed medical unit
- Function as part of a team with 9-10 RNs and 4 CNAs on night shifts
- Manage patient ratios typically 1:6 for night shifts
- Assist with various surgeries, excluding cardiac and open neuro surgery
- Float to the medical unit and ER as needed for med/surg hold responsibilities
Requirements of the RN MedSurg- Previous med/surg nursing experience in an acute care setting
- Willingness to ask questions and function collaboratively as a team player
