Description:
The position involves providing care to patients in a medical surgical setting.
The RN will be responsible for all aspects of tracheostomy care and management.
The role requires interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of dysrhythmias.
The RN will administer oxygen and perform peripheral line care and management.
Experience with the Epic charting system is preferred.
Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
Candidates must be open to floating to other units as needed.
First-time travelers are accepted for this position.
Prior charge experience is not mandatory but is a plus.
All applicants must adhere to state and national certification requirements.
The unit is responsible for high-level patient care, and the RN will work within an interdisciplinary team.
