The documentation system utilized is Meditech. Scheduling requires 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule and participation in the holiday rotation. Staff will float within the unit as needed. The patient experience goal is 72%, and the team utilizes communication boards. Desired skills include experience with various respiratory diseases, renal disease, GI illnesses, telemetry, central venous catheters, indwelling catheters, and heparin gtts. The unit follows specific guidelines and policies. Candidates should be aware of any outstanding awards or recognition for the department.
