Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an extended recovery setting, monitoring and managing post-procedure patients through the recovery process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Adhere to all facility holiday scheduling requirements, including working 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Recovery or Acute Care nursing
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in a dedicated Recovery or PACU setting
• Strong Acute Care RN experience may be considered in lieu of direct Recovery experience
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced clinical environment
