During dayshift, there is a unit secretary available. There is no unit secretary available at night. The Patient Care Technician ratio is 1:12. The documentation system used on the unit is Meditech. The floating policy requires willingness to float within scope. There are patient experience requirements of greater than 1 year. Certifications required include BLS and ACLS. The required uniform is Caribbean blue with no artificial nails, including gel. Unit guidelines and policies will be provided.
