Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Float to like units within scope of practice as needed based on facility needs
- Complete onsite orientation modules prior to beginning clinical duties
- Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory requirements throughout the duration of the contract
Required Qualifications- Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state (pending NM/Compact license accepted; must be obtained prior to start)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local candidates will not be considered
- Previous staff must wait a minimum of 1 year before returning in a travel capacity
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience preferred
