Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care on a Neuro/Orthopedic Med-Surg unit
  • Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols
  • Document patient care and clinical information using Epic EMR
  • Float to other units as required by staffing needs
  • Work required weekend shifts as part of the standard schedule
Required Qualifications
  • Active RN license - State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
  • BLS certification required
  • NIHSS certification required
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates will not be considered
  • All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
  • Previous staff at this facility must receive facility approval prior to submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Experience in a Neuro or Orthopedic Med-Surg setting
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
