Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed orthopedic/spine unit with medical overflow
- Manage a patient assignment within a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Participate in every-other-weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
- Float to like units within scope of practice as needed based on facility needs, following brief unit orientation
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC
- Adhere to facility dress code; navy scrubs required
Required Qualifications- Valid Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
- All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
- Completion of onsite orientation modules required (non-billable; approximately 4-6 hours for RN)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in orthopedic or spine nursing
- Familiarity with EPIC documentation system
- Experience with medical overflow patient populations
