Contract | Days | 3×12-Hour Shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a 30-bed orthopedic/spine unit with medical overflow
Manage a patient assignment within a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio
Participate in every-other-weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule
Float to like units within scope of practice as needed based on facility needs, following brief unit orientation
Document patient care accurately using EPIC
Adhere to facility dress code; navy scrubs required
Required Qualifications
Valid Oklahoma RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission
BLS certification required
Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
Completion of onsite orientation modules required (non-billable; approximately 4-6 hours for RN)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in orthopedic or spine nursing
Familiarity with EPIC documentation system
Experience with medical overflow patient populations
