**Unit Profile:**
- Floor: 7th – Neuro/Ortho/Peds
- Trauma Level: 2
- Number of Beds: 24
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Patient Population: All ages over 28 days
- Float Requirements: Yes to inpatient units
**Position Information:**
- Required Certifications: BLS, PALS (preferred)
- Years of Experience: 2+
- Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Trauma and Post Op Ortho/Neuro, General Pediatric Unit (0-3 rooms on average)
- Required Education: ADN
- Personality Fit: Teamwork and collaboration
- Call Requirements: None
- Weekend Hours: 3 weekends every 6 weeks
