Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg 3E

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a 28-bed unit
• Monitor and manage patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1
• Utilize EMR - Meditech for accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate with a team including Charge Nurses and Patient Care Technicians
• Ensure the effective use of equipment like EEG, lifts, and scanners

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg 3E

• Current BLS certification
• Hospital Experience
• 3 years or more nursing experience preferred
• Experience in Epilepsy Care is a plus
