Description:
This position is to backfill for a contract RN on a Medical Surgical Unit.
The contract duration is 13 weeks with a night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The unit consists of 14 beds, staffed by 3 RNs and 1 Patient Care Technician during night shifts.
The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:5.
Candidates must have current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
Preferred certifications include ACLS and Rhythm Interpretation.
Typical procedures performed on the unit may include Bronchoscopy and EGD/Colonoscopy.
Ideal candidates are flexible team players.
Scrub color required is navy blue.
