**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Southern TN Hospital, Winchester, TN
- **Shift:** 7A-7P
- **Unit:** Medical Surgical
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:6
- **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36
- **Weekend Hours:** 24
- **Call Requirements:** As Needed; must arrive within 30 mins – 1 hr if called in
- **Required Certifications:** BLS
- **Years of Experience:** 2+ years in MedSurg
- **Float Requirements:** As Needed
- **EHR System:** Meditech
**Unit Profile:**
- **Total Number of Beds:** 44
- **Patient Population:** Serves all ages, including geriatric and adult patients.
- **Supervisor:** Andrea Jackson, Director of Medical Surgical
- **Trauma Level:** Level II
**Hiring Profile:**
- **Must Have Skills/Experience:** MedSurg experience
- **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** Familiarity with common diagnoses and treatments
- **Personality Fit:** Professional demeanor expected
- **Required Education:** Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN
