Schedule: Fast-paced unit environment with 30-bed Medical ICU
Highlights:
- 30-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit serving a diverse and complex patient population
- Patient mix includes sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, alcohol and substance abuse disorders, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
- Hands-on experience with ventilators and drips in a high-acuity critical care setting
- Minimum 2 years of ICU or critical care nursing experience required
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment ideal for experienced critical care nurses
- Opportunity to work with a collaborative healthcare team in a metropolitan setting
Requirements:
- Active Georgia RN license or eligibility for licensure
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Demonstrated competency with mechanical ventilation and IV drip management
