Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) – Florida

Location: Stuart, Florida

Schedule: 13-week assignment with possibility to extend up to 18 months; 36-hour weekly schedule; floating required to multiple campus locations within a 20-mile radius to meet facility needs

Requirements:
- Active RN license in Florida (must be current at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 18 months of MICU experience required; 2 years preferred
- EPIC charting system experience required
- Current AHA or Red Cross BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (must have at time of submission)
- NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
- Proficiency in arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, continuous IV sedation, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, ABG interpretation, and dysrhythmia management
- Experience managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test required (nicotine-free status mandatory)
- Two professional references from direct supervisors or nurse managers
