Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – North Texas

Location: Arlington, Texas

Schedule: Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week assignment

- 382-bed full-service facility with state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- ICU experience with comprehensive patient population including MICU/MSICU
- Utilizes Meditech documentation system; all standard ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors
- Assignments based on patient acuity and clinical skill level; floating as needed
- Pathway to Excellence designation and Joint Commission Top Performer recognition
- Professional development environment with nearly 600 physicians across multiple specialties
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of hospital-based ICU nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- CCRN certification preferred
- Experience with central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other critical care procedures
- Meditech experience preferred
