Description

Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – North Texas

Start Date: August 18, 2026
Location: Arlington, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 13-week assignment

Highlights:

  • 382-bed full-service facility with state-of-the-art Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
  • ICU experience with comprehensive patient population including MICU/MSICU
  • Utilizes Meditech documentation system; all standard ICU equipment including ventilators, NXStage, Arctic Sun, and GE Cardiac Output monitors
  • Assignments based on patient acuity and clinical skill level; floating as needed
  • Pathway to Excellence designation and Joint Commission Top Performer recognition
  • Professional development environment with nearly 600 physicians across multiple specialties

Requirements:

  • Active, unrestricted Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Minimum 2 years of hospital-based ICU nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • CCRN certification preferred
  • Experience with central line placements, thoracentesis, dialysis catheter placements, cardioversions, intubations, and other critical care procedures
  • Meditech experience preferred
