Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Complete required facility modules and competency assessments prior to and during assignment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry
Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license – must be in hand at time of submission
Active AHA BLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
Active AHA ACLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
