Contract (13–20 Week Options) | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during day shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Complete required orientation modules and annual hands-on competency requirements as directed
Required Qualifications
Active, permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license – must be in hand at time of submission
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Active AHA BLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
Active AHA ACLS certification – must be in hand at time of submission
One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and medication safety assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
Prior travel nursing experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
