    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Participate in required facility orientation activities, including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments
    • Rotate holiday coverage as required, working at minimum every other holiday
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
    • Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification in hand at time of submission
    • Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
    • No open background or license hits; all background findings are subject to facility review
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility location
    • Familiarity with telemetry monitoring systems and cardiac rhythm interpretation
    • Prior travel nursing experience with demonstrated compliance in high-volume health systems
