    Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
    • Participate in holiday coverage rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (recent experience required)
    • Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • All required certifications must be active and in hand at time of submission; no pending certifications accepted
    • One professional reference required from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility location
    • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment tools
    • Experience working in a high-acuity telemetry environment with strong cardiac monitoring skills
