    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 Hours per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret ECG cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality patient outcomes
    • Participate in required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
    • Work at least every other holiday as required by facility scheduling guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience (recent experience required)
    • Active, permanent Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission; compact state licenses accepted
    • Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
    • Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
    • Must achieve an acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum of 2 attempts)
    • No open background case or license hits; background review conducted by facility
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single location
    • Two professional references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
