Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data using the Philips Telemetry Monitoring System
- Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols
- Float to other facilities within the health system as needed, based on staffing requirements
- Complete required facility modules during pre-start and annually as directed
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License required
- BSN required
- AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Telemetry and Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
- Must be willing and able to float to other facilities within the health system
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Orthopedic nursing experience
- Critical care nursing experience
- PCRN or CCRN certification
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
