Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical / Telemetry units within an acute care hospital setting
- Float to other MS/Tele units as needed to meet facility staffing requirements
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner electronic health records
- Adhere to all facility dress code, compliance, and professional conduct standards throughout the assignment
- Complete required orientation modules as assigned prior to beginning clinical duties
Required Qualifications
- Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license — no pending licenses accepted
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
- Willingness to work weekends as required
- Willingness to float across MS/Tele units based on facility need
- Local candidates are welcome and accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level II Trauma Center environment
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
- Experience as a travel nurse or in a float pool capacity
