    Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 48 Hours Per Week

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting
    • Operate within a team nursing model, collaborating with PCCs, RNs, and support staff to manage patient assignments
    • Participate in on-call duties and weekend rotation as needed
    • Float to like units or nearby campuses as operationally required
    • Adhere to all facility compliance, credentialing, and documentation standards throughout the assignment
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
    • At least 1 completed prior travel nursing assignment
    • Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (no pending licenses accepted)
    • Level I Trauma experience required
    • Large hospital experience required
    • Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 3 or more years of recent Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
    • EPIC electronic health record experience
    • BSN degree (ADN accepted for this position)
