Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Active and unencumbered Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission — no license hits accepted
Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted
Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission — no pending certifications accepted

Must be able to pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (two attempts maximum)
Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single location preferred
Prior travel nursing experience in a large health system environment
