Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
- Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients, responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Adhere to unit-specific protocols; no floating required
- Participate in every-other-weekend scheduling as required by the unit
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or Compact license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required; must be completed within 1 week of contract signing
- Must pass a clinical Pass/Fail exam prior to clearance (3 attempts maximum)
- Must live within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible for the local rate differential; candidates beyond 50 miles are considered travelers
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with EPIC charting system
- Telemetry monitoring experience
