Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 or 4x12 Hours, 18:30–07:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Work night shifts on a 36/36, 36/48, or 48/48 schedule with every other weekend required
- Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements
- Actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education alongside the provision of clinical care
- Complete Relias EKG testing within 72 hours of signing — failure to do so may result in cancellation
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry experience
- AHA BLS certification required — AHA is the only accepted form; all other certifications will not meet compliance requirements
- Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Must be available to complete drug testing within 12–14 calendar days prior to start date
- Facial hair must be trimmed or removed in accordance with CDC guidelines for fit testing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and EKG interpretation
- Comfort with floating across nursing specialties
