Contract | Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights, 3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit across rotating day and night shifts
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in clinical status
- Float within the hospital as needed based on unit and staffing requirements
- Float to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
- Participate in every-other-holiday rotation as required by the facility
- Complete all required pre-start modules prior to entering the facility
Required Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Current AHA-issued BLS certification required at submission
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent employees of this facility are not eligible to apply as travelers
- Willingness to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system
- Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry specialty background
- Two supervisor references preferred
