Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients in observation and telemetry settings
- Respond to on-call requirements as needed outside of scheduled shifts
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care demands
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arizona
- Experience in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing environment
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
- Willingness and ability to float to other units as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an observation or step-down unit setting
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
