Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
Contribute to the competency development and oversight of clinical staff
Assist with appropriate resource management related to patient care at the unit level
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina or a compact state license
Experience in telemetry or medical-surgical/telemetry nursing
Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a telemetry or cardiac monitoring environment
Familiarity with clinical staff supervision and delegation practices
Experience supporting nursing leadership in quality and safety initiatives
