Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday as required
Complete facility-required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate with a passing score
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
Active permanent Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS certification required
Epic charting experience within the last 6 months required

Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility setting
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation in an acute care environment
