Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Rotate weekends as part of a self-scheduling model
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including to other campuses within the system as needed
- May float to IMCU as required by unit staffing needs
- Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications throughout the duration of the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oklahoma (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry experience
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Must reside more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible — local travelers are not accepted
- No more than 5 days of requested time off per 13-week contract period
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Charge nurse experience preferred
- Experience in an IMCU or step-down setting is a plus
- Comfort with floating to varied units and settings within scope of practice
