Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical care to Med/Surg/Tele patients as part of a float pool team
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Minimum of one year of Med/Surg/Tele nursing experience
