    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Rotating Days and Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with potential to float to additional units serving the same patient population
    • Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
    • Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate evaluations
    • Work rotating day and night shifts, including every other holiday, to meet operational needs
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry specialty
    • Active permanent Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification required
    • Active ACLS certification required
    • Active NIHSS certification required
    • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • One or more years of recent oncology or chemotherapy administration experience
    • Experience within a single facility for the required specialty tenure is preferred
