Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients meeting Medicine or Medical Telemetry admission criteria
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in a Med Surg Telemetry setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg Telemetry experience required
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Certification in Rehabilitation Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
- 1–2 years of Med Surg or Telemetry experience
