Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
- Complete required orientation assessments including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license – must hold a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Active AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months
- No open license hits or open background check cases
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience obtained within a single facility
- Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
