Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required
No open background or license hits; all certifications must be active and in hand — no pending certifications accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility preferred
Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment protocols
