    Contract (13–20 week options available) | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data for assigned patients
    • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with facility protocols
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
    • Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact state license in hand at time of submission
    • Active AHA BLS certification required at time of submission
    • Active AHA ACLS certification required at time of submission
    • One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty from within the past 12 months is required
    • No open background or license hits; all certifications must be active and in hand — no pending certifications accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • 18 months of Med/Surg Telemetry experience within a single facility preferred
    • Familiarity with ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration assessment protocols
