Potential to float to other units with similar patient populations. Rotating shifts include 7pm-7:30am and 7am-7:30pm. Shifts may be variable as needed to meet operational needs. Must work at least every other holiday. ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler is allowed two attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, will be canceled. COVID-19 and flu vaccines are required, with exemptions only for medical or religious reasons. Negative 10 panel drug screen, including nicotine test, required within 12 months of start. Open background cases will not be accepted. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return for 1 year from previous end date. BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract. Eligibility for renewal or extension of contract subject to specific conditions. Annual hands-on competency requirements must be met if returning in subsequent year.
