Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float pool team. This position requires a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in telemetry nursing to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring to assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with protocols.
• Participate in weekly orientations and continuous training programs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing.
• Strong telemetry experience required, with the ability to float between units.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Willingness to commit to a 4-week assignment starting on 02/01.
