Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant – Wisconsin

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day/Evening, 0700-1930), every other weekend required. Holidays on rotation. Four 12-hour shifts per week available.

  • Provide specialized care on a 41-bed unit serving hematology, oncology, stem cell transplant, and palliative care patients
  • Participate in cutting-edge therapies including bone marrow transplant, CAR T cellular therapy, and evidence-based research studies
  • Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
  • 24-hour orientation provided with opportunities for quality improvement initiatives and practice leadership
  • Patient ratio of 3-4 patients per nurse with adult and geriatric populations

Requirements:

  • Active RN license required
  • 3+ years recent experience in Hematology/Oncology/BMT required
  • Level I or Level II trauma center or similar large hospital experience required
  • Epic charting system experience required
  • BLS certification required (AHA only)
  • Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
  • Must pass telemetry competency exam prior to start with strict passing criteria (80% minimum, 100% on lethal rhythms)
  • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Previous charge experience preferred
